About

My name is Stevie Cauvier, Personal Real Estate Corporation.

I am a Vancouver Island REALTOR® serving the Comox Valley.

Stevie Cauvier is a licensed real estate agent serving the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and the lower mainland of British Columbia.

Stevie’s passion for connecting people to their dream homes grew from her own real estate experiences. As a military spouse, she gained an unprecedented understanding of the process through several cross-country moves. Through this experience, she came to appreciate the power and comfort of trust, excellent communication, and the emotional connection to the home-buying journey.

Inspired through her own circumstances and a genuine love of helping people, Stevie dove head-first into real estate. In this effort, she feels that she has truly found her calling.

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and raised in the Ottawa Valley. Stevie was inspired by her father, a self-made entrepreneur who showed her what it takes to succeed. Growing up, her family traveled together internationally, fueling a deep admiration for culture and the arts and developing a great love of travel and exploration. As an adult, she spent a great deal of her time travelling at lengths to be by the ocean, where her heart is truly the happiest.

As a military spouse, Stevie has had the opportunity to live coast-to-coast, and many places in between. While finding beauty in each location, nothing in their experience compares to the Comox Valley, where she and her husband, Scott, now call home.

Before becoming a realtor, Stevie spent several years in hospitality as a bartender and many more as a flight attendant. In between, she took the time to volunteer for organizations both inside and outside her community. A certified personal trainer with a background in nutrition and wellness, her experience in health sciences brought her to Costa Rica, where she volunteered at an orphanage as a nutritionist and wellness advisor. Closer to home, Stevie spent several years volunteering as a physio assistant in the geriatrics unit at a local hospital, and still participates in local food drives and helps out various charity organizations.

Stevie describes herself as a matchmaker, someone who introduces and helps people fall in love with their dream home or property. She approaches every transaction with the same care and dedication as she would were the client a member of her own family. Her approach is always client-centric and aimed at building lasting relationships based on great communication, mutual trust, and transparency.

Energized by a deep appreciation and admiration for the outdoors, you will often find Stevie and Scott exploring the many hiking trails in the area, frequenting the beaches, or playing at the park with their son Nathan and dog, Trouble.
